Pick your Perfect Box
Urban Paws utilizes handcrafted wooden potty boxes. All boxes are finished with your choice of stain to match your style and vibe. Pick the right size box for your pooch’s patio. Our Standard Box is free to all First Time Subscribers. We also do Custom Orders.
2. Set your Delivery Frequency
We schedule deliveries & personal service appointments to meet your schedule, providing ultimate convenience for your pets and family. We set up your box during your delivery, then you select how frequently we return from there.

+ I love the idea. How do I begin?
In the Products + Services tab, click on Potty Box Kits button or click here. Choose whether you’d like a Standard Box or a custom-sized potty box. Standard boxes are complimentary, and come with mulch and a roll of sod. Custom boxes require both purchase and seperate enrollment in a service plan— but, there is no pressure to enroll in a Service Plan right away! Try out your custom potty box and if you and your dog love it, then enroll in a Custom Box service plan.
+ Do I need a new box every time I replace my grass?
No! Unlike other potty box options out there, you keep your Urban Paws potty box and just replace the mulch and sod! Depending on your Service Plan, new sod will either be delivered or replaced by our team.
+ How often should I replace my grass?
We recommend replacing your grass every one to two weeks, depending on the size of your dog and their bathroom frequency. You can dictate this schedule with your Service Plan. After two weeks, soiled sod can begin to smell. Please be courteous to yourself and neighbors.
+ How do I clean my box?
We recommend using any pet-friendly cleaning and deodorizer solutions! To make things easier, Urban Paws offers a Full-Service Cleaning, available on the Add-Ons page. Our team will clean, deodorize, and replace the mulch in your potty box. Depending on your Service Plan, either schedule this with us or we will perform the cleaning during our next visit.

We currently service the Denver Metro area in including Denver, Littleton, Lakewood, Arvada, Golden, Highlands Ranch, and Centennial. If you would like to inquire about an additional location in Colorado, please contact us.
